Our mission is to uphold the mission of Lambda Theta Alpha by providing a space for graduate and professional women to join, serve and participate in the organization, provide mentorship to undergraduate sisters, promote higher education and professionalism, and foster the development of the Universal Woman through community, professional, and cultural activities.  Alumnae Chapters of Lambda Theta Alpha, Latin Sorority, Incorporated provides an avenue for Alumnae sisters to continue their commitment to the organization and for women, who have completed their Bachelor's degrees, to have the opportunity to become involved in a professional and charitable organization that is greatly involved in helping the community and empowering women. Alumnae Chapters represent an entire state and are NOT centered in a specific university campus as undergraduate chapters are. Thus, ladies do not have to be enrolled in graduate school to join. Alumnae Chapters of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated welcome women who hold an accredited bachelors degree, reside in the state of the respective Alumnae Chapter, and want to be involved.
